1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using UNLISTED, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use our services. UNLISTED is an invite-only community for private video screenings. Membership is a privilege, not a right.
2. MEMBERSHIP & ELIGIBILITY
UNLISTED membership is granted solely by invitation, after a request is read and approved by a person. All members must be at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to revoke membership at any time for violation of these terms, or for any other reason, at our sole discretion.
3. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
Members agree to maintain the confidentiality of event locations, screening details, and the identities of other attendees. Recording, photographing, or livestreaming during events is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized. You may not share event details publicly or with non-members.
4. COMMUNICATIONS
By joining UNLISTED, you agree that a person may reach you directly about screenings and the community. We send nothing automated. If you would rather not hear from us, tell us and we will leave you alone.
5. EVENT CONDUCT
Members must conduct themselves respectfully at all events. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the community. Alcohol consumption, if permitted at an event, must be done responsibly and in accordance with local laws.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content screened at UNLISTED events is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or publicly displayed without permission. The UNLISTED name, logo, and branding are the property of One Day Entertainment.
7. DISCLAIMER
UNLISTED events are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Attendance is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred at or in connection with our events, except as prohibited by law.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Staying with UNLISTED after a change means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected here, on this page.
