1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you ask to join UNLISTED, we collect your name, mobile phone number, email, and optionally your Instagram handle, along with whatever you choose to tell us in your request. We keep a record of who referred you and your standing with the community.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your phone number to reach you directly about screenings, by hand, when there is something worth telling you. We use your name and what you share to decide who is a good fit. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.
3. HOW WE REACH YOU
All of our communication happens off the books — a person reaches out to you directly. We send nothing automated. If you would rather we lose your number, say the word and we will. For anything, reach support@unlisted.app.
4. DATA SHARING
We share your information only with the service providers we rely on to keep the list, such as our hosting and database services. They are bound to protect it and use it only for us. We never hand member information to venues or sponsors without your say-so.
5. DATA SECURITY
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted storage and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but continuously work to protect your data.
6. RETENTION
We keep your information for as long as you are part of the community or as needed to look after it. If you leave, we will delete or anonymize your details within a reasonable timeframe, except where the law requires us to hold on to them.
7. YOUR RIGHTS

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here, on this page. Staying with UNLISTED after a change means you accept it.
